Cancellation

Full refund for any cancelation within 30 days of arrival minus $50.00 processing fee.

50% refund for any cancellation within 29 days of arrival.

No refund for any cancellation within 14 day of arrival.

Minimum Age

You must be 21 years of age or have a parent or guardian staying in the cabin with you, in order to rent our cabin.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on our property.

Damages

We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.

Amenities

Occasionally appliances, hot tubs, satellite, etc… can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of Nature” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check in and may need several hours to heat. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges.

Driving Conditions

Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads which requires cautious driving. The roads leading to our cabin are nicely paved two lane highways that are well maintained. The drive up to our property does have an incline and may require 4-wheel drive during inclement weather.

Bugs

Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we have our cabin treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay.

Hunting, Weapons, Fireworks, ATV's

Absolutely no shooting weapons of any kind on our property. Also, we do not allow ATV's or fireworks to be used at our location.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, but you are welcome to smoke outside or on the deck/porch. Ashtrays are provided for your use. Smoking inside the cabin will result in a $500 cleaning charge. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Occupancy

Please limit the number of guests to the number of guests included in your reservation. We do not allow additional visitors. You will be charged for any additional guests, and may be asked to leave without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the cabin. No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines and policies.

Check In is after 4:00 PM and Check Out is by 11:00 AM
